There's going to be a party on Sunday night at the club in town to celebrate JJ Riley's birthday. Everyone's invited. I want this to be the best birthday ever.

A certain gorgeous boyfriend of mine has a birthday coming up. Party, anyone? And then maybe a romantic dinner, too. Just the two of us, I mean.

Now I have to think of the perfect gift.

Whoever said that Senior year was easy was clearly on crack. I don't think I've ever had this much work piled up at once. It's insane! And it's not like I can slack off, because colleges will be seeing my grades from this semester.

Hopefully things will cool down soon.

Only a week left of freedom. I guess it'll be exciting to start all of my new classes and everything, but this summer has been so nice. I don't want to have to think about college and leaving this place.

My dad is determined to have me go to University of Michigan like he did. It's not like I absolutely hate the thought of it, but what I do next year depends on a lot more than just where he wants me to go. I need to be near JJ

Going to the lake house with JJ was awesome. It was great to spend time with my family again and be alone with JJ for a while. This school feels so... cramped. I mean, I know the campus is big and all, but gossip travels so quickly. It was nice to take a break from that.

I can't believe how soon school starts! I really have to get working on that common application...
Does anyone have any tips?

JJ and I are leaving for my family's lake house tomorrow, so we probably won't be around for at least a week. Probably more. I'm so excited! It's always fun to see how much my brothers and sisters have grown. Stephen is going to be as tall as me soon! And Abby is looking more and more grown up every time I see her.

I'm starting to get stressed out about college. Mom is bugging me to do my common application and I've been talking to some schools about recruitment. I wish I could just enjoy my last year of high school without all of the stress.

I'm going to be 18 soon. That sounds so weird. So... old. I can't figure out if I'm excited or sort of depressed.

And then school will be over and... I don't want to leave, honestly. I really like it here. My friends at home spend all of their time partying and drinking... and I'm not like that anymore.

Are a lot of people staying? Maybe I can convince my parents to let me stay for most of the summer when we're not at the lake house.

I've been swamped ever since JJ and I got back. With schoolwork and swimming and college stuff... not to mention my dad always on my back. I wish I had more time to spend with my friends. At least a weekend off to relax, or something...

There's a new guy in swimming- maybe we should throw him a party?

JJ is coming home with me this weekend. I can't wait for him to meet Mom, and Abby, and Will and Dad.

It should be a ton of fun as long as my parents don't ask too many questions. Luckily there are enough rooms in the house so that we can be alone a bit.

Who's up for a Truth or Dare / Spin the Bottle party tomorrow night? We need some fun around here. Let me know if you're up for it and I'll try to arrange something.

Having a black eye is not as rugged looking in real life as it is in the movies. I'm sore and it's turning all green and yellow and brown. Not attractive at all. Would it be girly to put some makeup on it? I really don't want to go around in sunglasses anymore.

Hopefully everything with David will be sorted out soon. I hope Jason and I can have some peace and quiet in our dorm finally.

Anyone up to go swimming with me?

A dance? Christ, do people actually go to dances anymore? A bunch of sentimental bullshit in my opinion. Everyone pretends that they enjoy getting dressed up and acting civilized whem all they really want to do is get laid.

I suppose you're allowed to go with whomever you want, no matter the gender? It's a shame my choice for a date is probably already taken.

I figure I'll introduce myself on here. My name is Scott Morgan and I'm from St. Paul. Just got here, actually, so I don't know anyone yet.

I know there are rumors about me already, so I thought I'd address them now so they don't get anymore outrageous. Yes, I was expelled from my old school. No, I did not kill anyone.

Now that we've established that, is anyone here on the swim team? I conveniently arrived just in time for the end of the season. I'm hoping someone will want to start up a casual spring team, though. It's been ages since I've swam.

What do people do around here for fun? It seems like we're in the middle of nowhere. On the other hand, everyone seems to be ridiculously attractive. Is that just a coincidence, or is it a requirement to come to school here? Even the teachers are gorgeous.
